High class restaurant, Eleven Madison Park located in NYC, has dropped all meat after the Covid-19 pandemic. Eleven Madison Park is famous for their upscale dinning and gourmet menu; meals such as, glazed duck, the butter-poached lobster and foie gras. Chef Daniel Humm claims his restaurant will replace animal products with plant-based options. Currently, the restaurants most famous menu change being: the amaranth seed and sweet peas served with a creamy fermented almond cream and pea-miso puree.
